Player from Germany

I play since '17 and I have to say, it is very difficult to play the Game in Germany! 
The Events starts at 6pm so my time is short to reach the Goals! Sometimes I have to sleep to not loose my Job 
Is there anything possible to give me the same chances as US/Canadian Players?
