Anyone else having this problem of the store not showing up?

My game has crashed twice while trying to complete WoH and one of the times I was trying to purchase gold and now the store won't show up at all including the specials tab and everything. I watched a video to reset a stage and then it crashed again on 5.10 too and now I am back at 5.1. Hopefully Glu can fix this quick because I want to spend money..........

    When mine looks like this I back out play a game then go back to the store and everything is there then. @BIGBOBBY92

    Not working this time @UltimateWarrior. Tried it few times now.   Everything is blank for gold and specials menu.   I also can’t purchase my next endorsement. It shows it there but won’t open it!!      
       Does anyone have this working ok?

    Nice to know someone else is having the same problem, so far I have tried restarting the game, restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game and all of this to no anvil.

    It happens to me everytime I shut down the app.i went through and it happened to me twice. All I did was play a bonus game went back to the gold menu and everything was there and I was able to purchase gold (I already have endorsements). It is a weird thing to happen though @newfy

    Yeah it’s not just you so if you tell CS they can’t say check your WIFI connection 😂 @BIGBOBBY92

    I’m having the same issue. Cannot access any bundles or gold to purchase. I sent in a ticket. When I hear back, I’ll let everyone know the response, unless it is about my WiFi connection. That would be B.S.

    Mine fixed after turning phone off for few mins, turned it on and 👍

    I can access the Specials Tab now but when I try to buy a bundle, I get “Purchase Failed” message.
