No my alt was jailed around 7pm on Sunday. Played cvc all weekend and then jailed. Asked CS what is going on and said its final. The team has spend 0$ and has about 13 primes on it, all from gifts or cvc. Total sham.

Did you just cross any kind of threshold that you can think of? Maybe there is a flag for like 125k team strength with zero money spent or something like that, for example... just spitballing here...

@JEDDDOGGY my main team is fine and spent $$. My alt team, was jailed for no reason. no money spend, still has ads on it.

@dkarski87 I know last year some teams were randomly jailed bc they kept pulling good players, but the team wasn’t playing. My guess is the computer programming  looks at no activity of a team and register as “new” bc it’s not played many games if any but you have all these good players throws a flag to the system. The programming thinks your loading good players on team that’s brand new like how loaders use to do all the time, but it’s just your sitter team so you don’t play on it just cvc. Just my guess.

Makes sense @UltimateWarrior. Team is stacked with primes and plays very little, and still has ads. So yea I assume this is the case, still bull crap and poor programming IMO.

They log every transaction you make in this POS. Sounds like someone is being lazy. I would keep pumping tickets at them or keep the convo going until they hand it off to someone that gives a shit.

I have been,  over and over. They claim my "alt team" which is just a club holder is cheating. It DOESN'T EVEN PLAY EVENTS!!!!

If anything needs to be brought up at vip counsel meeting it’s the jailing of teams without justification. Their cheat detection system isn’t always accurate. They jail a lot of teams that don’t spend 💰

The problem  is,  they dont even review it until you ask them 100 times. it shouldn't be this difficult, their logs show everything so simply  pull it up and review. CS just send you a copy pasted response and wipes their hands of it You have to close and open new tickets over and over until you find someone who is willing to do their job and actually look at it.

I believe the term that @dfbb has used in previous posts is transparency. Let the customer know what issue was found. Don’t just say “flagged for exploitation” but instead say exactly what the exploitation was. Don’t be shady about it and vague, be direct in what triggered the issue.

No they cannot, and I understand why. Because once they say it the hackers will adjust and know how its detected. So I have no issue with this aspect. Its how they handle it,  this happened to my nephew in 18 as @houmy joked about. He was jailed for no reason and it they gave me the same  crap response.  Took 2-3 weeks of back and fourth and thankfully the  VIP team stepped in and unjailed his account. So yes,  there detection methods are  flawed from time to time.

Youtube issues DMCA takedowns all the time with "automatic detection/algorithm" even against actual sole copyright holder for their own content. In the long run it probably does more good than not but just be persistent and keep harassing them.

This is painful to read DK - fingers crossed you get a CS agent to spend the time to review the logs and figure it out for you! Finding someone to take the time and work through can be such a battle.

Just such a hassle  caused a   flawed  system. They even mentioned to me now numerous times. " AUTO DETECTION SYSTEM" They aren't even looking at the team because its a non-spending team.  Bottom line for me its an alt team that doesn't even play and for it be flagged  knowing its DOESNT EVEN PLAY events,  their system is  broken. I  have the team on an old s6 droid that lags so bad you can barley play season mode let alone exploit or cheat.

Dude is as regular a player as Me or anyone else here, and a contributor, how the hell can they justify this crap, I have a 58K strength team that I haven't spent a dime on and its loaded too, are we just banning those that don't spend now? this is horse manure

It sucks we have to wonder every time we open the game if we are going to be jailed for no apparent reason.

 I have asked them to perform a full review and I dont think they have even done that. There is no way this team has done anything wrong BECAUSE ITS A GOD DAM PLACE HOLDER. This has also happened to  another member of this fourm last night. His team is much like this one, its used a holder and has jailed the same way   mine was because it pulled 3 primes in in span of 24hrs without no money spent on the account.

This would definitely be my take on it as well and sorry you are having to deal with this @dkarski87 .   If the boxes are truly RNG based then this probably happens a decent amount.  My place holder has actually had pretty poor luck this year so shouldnt have to deal with that but its unfortunate that its something we need to be aware of.

I am really curious why it matters if it’s just a placeholder?  It can hold a club whether it is jailed or not.  

Seems its like complaining that someone took the last piece of pizza, even though you didn’t want it. 🍕 🤯

A jailed team cannot join any clubs this year, I removed the team from my club once it was jailed. CS replied that jailed teams are prohibited from joining any clubs.  That said, others that had their teams jailed have left them in their clubs and can still access them. However once that team is removed the club is cannot rejoin ANY club. So yea am i complaining that a team was jailed for no reason? Yeap. 

Is it just a placeholder? Sure but I have been building this team along side my main since BETA,  for a long time for it to be washed away with no cause or reason.  I cannot even play events on it because its runs on a piece of crap phone that takes 15min to load the app. Yea bud I am complaining.

@dkarski87 I don't think I saw anyone post this theory, but could it just be due to "inactivity" on the account? I thought I saw you write its just a placeholder and might not play in events. Maybe that could be why? Maybe they're just trying to shut out accounts. Just a wild thought

I'm curious, is a jailed placeholder team still able to invite Main teams to the club, or is it excluded from 100% of club activities?
