Box Subscriptions

I signed up for the weekly prime XP subscription, kept it for a couple of weeks to help level up players faster and then cancelled when that weeks budget was a little tighter.  I signed back up again today as I needed some more gold as well and lo and behold I didn’t get my “one time” bonus box of gold!!!  I assumed the one time meant that it was a one time bonus as in one box per sign up and not a daily or weekly box.  Not a “we’re keeping track if you have ever signed up for this in the past and if you cancel and sign back up we’re not giving you the gold!!  I’ve contacted CS but I’ll probably be told tough luck...  I would rather have my $20 back and spent it on another option!

As in “one time” at time of  purchase, not daily like the Prime XP box.  In other words I just thought it meant that you wouldn’t get the gold daily.  I didn’t associate that with canceling and then purchasing again.  I guess I’m stupid but that’s what I thought it meant...

If “one time” meant every time you signed up everybody would just subscribe and then unsubscribe and sign back up to get that gold.
