Cannot log in since update

Since the latest update I cannot log in. I load the game it hits 7% then force quits out. Under the update details it says it’s compatible with an iPad Air 2. I reset my iPad and that did not work either. Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

If you have used a APK to download Tap or have used GG on either device, it won’t load after the update. If this isn’t the case I would delete the app and try and reinstall it @Amused_79

I’m not sure how I downloaded it. Don’t know what APK or GG is. Just downloaded it from the App Store. My main club is on my iPhone and that loads up just fine.

I deleted the game and uploaded it. How do I recover my account?

Whatever you backed up your account up with either email or Facebook

I did with email. It only says “create new account” I have  an existing one.
