Is Legend XP given at the Silver Tier Level?

Hey Guys!

I am trying to improve my Overall rating of my Legend Player, but I think I'm topped out?

It says I need Legend XP.

I am at the Silver-4 level.    Will I ever be able to get it, or do I have move up to Gold Tier?

    Legend xp isn't currently available. I imagine it will pop either at the end of the month or in August. For the time being, you've gone as far as you can with your ML skills.

    I imagine it will be very hard to come by for quite some time once it is released, as well.
