Did anyone get jailed again?

After I lost my points from the prime event yesterday, got jailed, and saw everyone was experiencing problems,  I sent them a ticket. I went back on the game this morning and it seemed like things were back to normal. Went to the store, came home and went on the game and now my chat is gone again which means I'm jailed I guess. Anyone else still having issues? I did play 2 rounds of that extra bases thing this morning, so I'm thinking that's why I'm jailed again?
