Mystery box pulls

Why can CS tell you exactly what you pulled when it is not a player, but if you pull a bonus player they day they can not tell you what it was but gift you 2 boxes?

    Total guess on my part is that the when guys are missing players, the results didnt get logged. Instead, there's just a blank result of the box you pulled. I haven't heard much about this issue lately so I can only assume that it got patched.

    Interesting isn’t it quite a mystery ... that may fall under transparency issue 🤷🏻‍♂️

    This actually happened to a guy in the club I'm in. He pulled Means twice and he didn't show up on his inactives. He contacted CS and they just gave him 2 boxes as well.
