Does anyone know if this resets ? If so how often, or what it takes to reset it ?

When the gift feature first came out, it was different than it is now. seeing as how it's been stuck at a 20 gift limit for a while now, I'm assuming it will change sooner or later to a different bundle. I believe the first bundle was a $3 gift?
