All star perks level 7 1% WOH batting multiplier, when is it active?

Just received level 7, however, I am not seeing the +1% WOH multiplier active like my other skill boosts. It is just implied?

It is for the vid/gold boosts.  Instead of 10% for the vid boost, you get 11%.

When they do it over and over, you can call it an accident if you’re naive but it’s kknda clear disinformation is part of their marketing strategy. People that have played for years have seen this a million times over
