Season reset timer

When I went up to Vip 8 my season reset timer went back up to 8 hours instead of down to 6. Lots of missed rewards. Please fix. Hard to reach customer service I just keep getting sent in a loop

    You don’t miss rewards. Just takes you longer to get them.  

    But it I do get your frustration.
    First, congrats on not being the 1st person to ask this question.

    Got this fixed. Glu came through on this for me after I got through to customer service
