Field Pass Leveling Glitch

So for some reason today, the 20% discount is only being applied to players that are active in my lineup.  In the past, it didn’t matter if they were active or not, it would universally apply the discount.

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

I had the same experience when I had field pass last week and again this week.  You only get the leveling discount when you grade the player up from the "Improve" tab in the "Team" menu.
