Trouble with field pass

Is anyone else having problems with field pass not activating. I contacted cs and they said they fixed it. But it’s not giving me the 20% discount or the auto play. I got the gold and boxes though.

    I know this is a silly question, but I assume you're updated to the current version. Fwiw, it's working fine for me and guys in my club. GL on getting it fix. I'm sure it's super frustrating.

    Right after I posted this they fixed it. It’s working now.
