I just logged in to see all my CVC points have disappeared and my 20 million event points are gone.

Sad thing is. They will tell you it’s something you did and your fault. Then close the ticket on you.

Agreed. We've all been down that road before. If only I had more RAM and a stronger Wi-Fi connection... LOL
