Glu customer service screenshots

Hey guys I just got a new phone switched over to iPhone and for some reason I can’t add a screenshot when I’m trying to contact customer service. Is this happening to anyone else? Or does anyone have a solution to this problem I’m having? Thank you

I’m on iOS and I abuse the screenshot option every time I contact CS making every shred of evidence available for Discovery.......it’s not an IPhone issue that I have.
