Purchase not registering?

Bought the $6.99 “banner” bundle but none of it is showing up in my inventory. 

This happen to anyone else?

Worked fine for me... though had a nice delay on the boxes. Apparently everyone and their dog was opening boxes with me.

$500+ into this game and too much BS for me. 

Had my biggest CVC round just now and lost the points due to endless panning. 

Feels like I’m getting taken advantage of.

Btw, this is the first year I’ve spent $ on this game and I am pretty sure that’s the reason I’m not enjoying it. 

Haven’t felt like I got the value. 

Spent nothing in the previous years and enjoyed it more.

I got this last night and at first thought my payment method was declined for some reason. After checking my account, the charge actually went through on my card but I got this message instead of the game items I should have received. 

So right now I’m jumping through hoops to try and get this resolved.
