First Pitch Skill (WOH)

So if we ascribe to the theory that once on/off in WOH....these never change....are we assuming that it is on for every pitch during entire at bat?

Or just for every first pitch per at bat?

I really wish an admin or GLU (in general) would address this in a game manual.

Here is X Skill. Here is when it is on and off.

When playing CvC, it does XYZ.

When playing WoH it does ABC.

For a game that rakes in the amount of money it does, you would think this would exist.
