Chance at special edition Stephen Strasburg

Can someone explain what this means. If we go 15 boxes without a player we get a 1% chance at signature Strasburg? Did anyone get him yet?

    I got him on box 12, the 500g box.
    "Oops we need to restart! Yeap that's 2019 for ya!"

    Do you mean the 250g box? The 500g is the gold glove box

    No, I was pulling the 500g box. I got Nola on box 10 on my first run. Then got to box 11 on the second try and he showed up on pull 12.

    Ah I see just read the description. That’s weird he’s part of both boxes. When you got to that 12th box did it tell you what % chance he is. Glu is selling one package for $100 that says the 12th box has a chance at Andelton Simmons, Strasburg and Jackie Robinson

    No, i looked and the box had no changes to it on box 11. Same players, same odds and he wasn't inside the box when I looked at it on #11. But on pull 12 he showed up.

    I wish they would be a little more transparent with things. Everything is such a mystery in this game
