Is it worth the chase?

Is Matt Williams worth the chase? The price on those boxes seem very tempting. But why is he not on the CVC extra point multiplier? If he was I would've already started chasing. I know it's all objective according to needs but I still like to hear your all's opinions.

    I pulled him 1st try but I'm not sure why I even tried. I already capped Dwight's Evans yesterday.
