i had an issue on the 12th box guarantee from this weekends Fantasy box. I pulled a M Stroman which is from a previously issue box (pic 1). Contacted CS and was pleasantly surprised with the compensation (pic 2). Thank you Glu for correcting this mistake...it’s much appreciated!!!

Yes, we are aware of the game having crashing issues in the middle of WoH, but we can't compensate you for the gold you lost at this time. This is done on a case by case basis. - TSB Customer Service
Ok - so last month - they didn't completely stiff me - they just gave it to me 6 days later when the boxes were outdated. Looks like I'm gonna get the same prompt fix this month.
