FIELD PASS NOT WORKING

I paid for field pass got my boxes and gold but no discount. Went to upgrade Yogi and ran outtakes legend xp. Wasn't getting my 20 % discount. Lost golf, xp, cash.  Now my All star is stuck.  Last time this happened. I had proof I paid , but were not going to give vack7 my legend xp, cash and gold. Took almost a week.

    Sorry about spelling. I have proof I paid, but no response. And I am a VIP. Has this happened to any one else ever...?

    Clubmate got a refund couple weeks ago when that happened to him.
