Overall Ratings for a hitter

Does anyone know how they are calculated? For instance, in the screenshot below, why is Griffey’s overall a 605? How did it come up with that number?

    528 x 1.16% gets it pretty close to that number

    It takes into account his active skill.

    Does it also include matchup ? Been hoping someone could quantify the matchup effect.
