Cant login after reinstall....TSB 2020

Hey glu, whats up with the service? First I get stuck loading at 37% and submit a case only to be told im using a proxy or vpn and im not...!Then I uninstall/reinstall and now getting the message;

LOGIN FROM THIS DEVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE THE GAME ON THE ORIGINAL DEVICE

I am using the original device and its been working fine for days until 6am eastern today. I can still access the game and account on my iPhone X, but not on my 5th gen iPad....!

    Yeah, this app is a complete joke.  I’m currently “suspended” for supposed TOS violations, when I hadn’t logged into the app to play at all in the past 10 hours.  The best part is that I can’t even contact support to try to get this fixed because I’m not allowed to log in at all.  First I bought field pass this morning and it hasn’t worked at all, keeping me from playing at all today, and now I’m suspended for no apparent reason so I can’t log in at all.  Glu sucks.  Time to uninstall and start asking Apple for refunds.
