    My first guess @seamsplitter843 is you are trying to log in existing account instead of creating a new one.    Please give us more details and I’m sure folks on here will narrow it down     @Houmy any ideas on this matter

    That’s correct existing account. I was just playing earlier and my phone messed up. All said and done I did factory reset.

    I have my account login correct. Hope it gets fixed because I’ve already spent good bit so far..

    CS needs to unlock your team. Thats why your locked out. It thinks your signing in from a new device, as policy states. 1 team per device. Msg CS and they will unlock the team so you can log in, might take a few days.

    Do I not play at all until they get my account straightened out? It does give me a option to start new account? Just don’t want to lose what I’v built so far in 19 but at the same time I want to play lol
