Getting a bonus game from watching video for prime event

the video plays but no bonus game show up after. Anyone else having this problem????

    Yes, I have experienced this as well. I get the bonus game maybe 40% of the time

    I finally got one hopefully they fixed it

    Its happened to me a few times.  I try to use the multiplier one first now and if it don’t work play that match and force close game and restart it. Then it will work for boost vid

    I always restart the app when I knownill be using a video for a boost/game/walk off restart and so on.  When I do this the percentage increases of it actually working.

    I have tried that a few time worked 50% of the time
