Help with my account

Teamname is SeamSplitter843. I’ve submitted a help ticket 3 days ago. I keep getting message that I must login from original device which I am. Was hoping maybe a employee from Glu will see this and help me back in so I can finish weekend event. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    So I received an email from CS stating I can log back into my account. I’ve tried off and on for past 12 hours. I’m still getting the same error message which I’ll attach. If someone here reads this and able to help me get back on before weekend event ends please help! I don’t want to start another account because we’re only allowed one per device and I don’t want to lose what I’v built so far.
