Weekend Event not working

Hello I was writing this message to inform you that my weekend event is glitched on my account and wont let me play it at all. Every time I press the play button to start the event the game takes the energy and gives me the glove for my club, but doesn't actually start the game I thought it was a phone issue so I tried deleting the game and re downloaded the game. Still didn't work. Then I tried playing with a new account to see if it was an issue with my account. I was able to play the event with the new account. I'm extremely worried that my account is glitched and I really don't want to make a new account just to play the game
