What is the best way to get my cash flow going? Hard to upgrade your players when you don't have any cash.

    Loyalty boxes have been my saving grace so far. It's just odd that you can watch videos/do offers for gold but not cash as well.

    Cash I can build - getting blue xp...... that's a whole new dimension. Only need about 75 more slugfest cycles to make it time to go silver!
