Mystery box crashing

Twice now the game has crashed as soon as I’ve gone to open this weekends mystery box.  One was from the CVC MVP, the second being purchased from the store.  I’ve submitted a ticket. Not for a refund or anything, just to know the contents.

    While the game did indeed crash while opening said boxes, customer service was able to inform me as the contents of them.  So even though it crashed, the swag (duplicate player xp) was credited to my account.  Hope this helps if anyone else is experiencing this.
