All star tickets-How to earn

I would like to create a thread for All star progression tickets  More specifically  what levels/achievements reward tickets 

I understand that you get 10 tickets/$1 spent...And you get 30 tickets for progressing from Silver 1 to Silver 2.

Any other known?

    Buying gold is the most effective way of getting those tickets. Otherwise, besides moving a couple levels throighout the playoffs I don't see any other known ways to get the tickets.

    I’ve spent so much money on the game and play literally everyday at this point I’m lost on how to get tickets
