Stuck in glu jail.....😕

Looks I triggered the glu police bot..... uugghh. Hopefully I get parole soon - was looking forward to CVC today......

Waiting for CS to give me a hint on what the problem might be.

    No - I'm in, but no chat, and can't donate and cvc points are not registering..... sucks - never happened me before. Prob just got to wait it out.....

    I opened hundreds of crappy draft picks yesterday, just sat there opening over and over and over. Wondered what it is that triggers something like this.

    To your draft pick point that's happened to me once. I had maybe 25 of them and just tapped as fast as i could to open them as its a daunting task lol

    Thanks for the support guys. First CS response is not promising, but I will continue to speak with them and see if I can get it straightened out. Really sickening to be branded a cheat by glu, but right now I am just going to try and figure it out and stay positive. Hopefully it is not the end of a game I love.

    Pleased to report I have been released! All just a silly misalignment between my spend and the allstar tickets I had received. 

    Thanks @dkarski87, @Bigpredfan, @Mattattack, @DFBB @Sandpipers for the support and advice! Really appreciated guys.

    Also thank you to Rafael from the online CS team - resolved things in a few minutes as soon as he had a chance to review the ticket.

    Did you get to keep the all star tickets? lol I saw people getting x100 instead of x10. Man you must be a VIP by know if that's the case based on the all star levels... lol

    Nah - they moved me down - it was only a 300 vs 30 I think, maybe a bit more. I can keep the gold and xp I received but gotta work my way up again - fair result
