How do you know if your close to obtaining vip status?

I feel like I should be there but anyone got tips on being worthy?

    @Tribal24tiger lol disregard what the last guy said. A lot of it is spending real cash. You can keep track of your spending through your App Store. The number to reach is $818 American dollars. You can also pay attention to your all star level. Once you reach level 10, you should be close

    I'm at10 and a half and over the 818 mark and yeah I'm not new to the game so I know coins are pretty much worthless lol

    I heard it is more than just cash spent.  It’s that posting on global, posting on the forums, etc.  seems like you have the cash spent just keep posting.  My buddy said he got his about 2 days after posting to the forums

    I got my VIP before I ever posted in here or in global so i dont think that has anything to do with it.

    It's all about the money. When you hit the magic number for your account you'll get an instant notification after the purchase

    @Tribal24tiger yes it's all about the money, last year once I hit the last achievement for gold purchased I got a notification within 30 minutes about VIP.

    It has to be all about the $. A buddy of mine isn't on forums, doesn't post in global, and barely plays the game but has spent the 800 bucks and is already VIP.

    He also has only been playing for about 4 weeks as well. He has never played until then.

    I knew I was close last year when I messaged CS and got an automatic response saying I had been bumped to “priority status” or something like that

    I made it in 17 without even knowing about the forum at the time so at least back then it was just $$$ and maybe how much activity you had in the app itself.

    Same thing about posting in forums was said in 17 and I made VIP then without even knowing about the forums. It may still help though so make sure to use the same email address you have the app registered to for the forum as otherwise GLU wouldn't know who you are.
