Please help me

i think my account has become corrupted. Game keeps crashing on me after 15-20 seconds. Or immediately if I click menu and then Games. My username is syntax2600 and this is for TSB2019.  

Whats odd odd is that I have tried everything and on three different devices. 

This started about 3-4 days ago. 

The issue has to be with my account or facebook backup. 

I cannot stay stay in the game long enough to write more than a quick sentence in the support section. 


Please help.

    You can try the online ticketing system using the link below. Just click on the "Contact Us" button. What is surprising to me though is how you could log in through 3 different devices without getting locked out.

    I couldn’t successfully log into the third. “Unable to connect to Facebook”

    I tried it on my old iPhone 6 after I I tried everything I could on my iPhone X. It did the exact same thing. So today I tried it on my work iPhone XR. On that phone it said unable to connect to Facebook. 

    Forums suggest GLU did this to my account due to suspicion of cheating. I don’t cheat. I pay money. I wouldn’t even know how to cheat.

    If you were jailed due to suspicion of cheating then the game would not crash. You would be stopped at loading at 37%, could get in but wouldn't be able to chat or post points or something else. It still wouldn't just crash though.

    Well that’s good to know. I just hope they can find a fix for me. I really don’t want to lose all my progress and money!

    Just use the online contact form and they will get back to you. Keep in mind that response time on weekends could be higher.

    @Houmy thanks for posting that link. I haven’t been able to open the app all night but i sent a message through that link. Hopefully I will hear back from them.

    At about 1 this morning my app stopped loading. It would load to 88% then crash. Still doing this.
