How long does customer care usually take to respond?

Hello, I was just wondering how long does the customer care usually take to respond because this is my first time contacting them and I just wanted to get a like time estimate

    Non VIP can we a day or more - sometimes just a few hrs if u are lucky

    I've had them respond to me after 2 days, last time only took 2 hours. Depends on time of day too.

    Anywhere from a couple of hours to flat out ignoring me until I sent three more angry messages to the same thread and they handed to conversation off to a manager who politely told me to get lost.
