In the past it was the first Friday of the new month, but lately it has been the Thursday before that Friday. My guess is gift Thursday night and newsletter Friday
GLU is messing with me. Had 5* Harder so of course pull him as one of the POTM picks. Then pull Story from the POTW as well as specialty 5* that I got from my 2nd POTM box 🙄

That’s exactly what happened to me! I’m starting to think this is a set up for who we pull lol so lame!
Any other VIPs not get the 2nd follow-up VIP gift this month? I got some lame excuse from CS that only random/specially selected VIP accounts received the 2nd gift. Trying to find out from the community whether or not that is accurate, or as I believe - complete BS.
Follow up. Yes - I am subscribed to the newsletter. Meaning I put my info in the VIP subscription fields - the very day that function was released to the public. And I hit save. However - I never ever get the newsletter. I have a buddy email a copy of it to me. I do always get the regular VIP gift.
So in my conversation with CS today - they tell me that I need to subscribe to the VIP newsletter. After many back and forths (you know the drill) I send them a screenshot of my data in the VIP subscription fields. Note - the data again has been there since the first day they asked us to fill it out....what about 2 months ago??
So - now after sending in my screenshot of the info in the VIP subscription field - now CS - suddenly confirms that I am registered for the newsletter, and am eligible for the future follow up gifts.
Come on, wtf? Nothing has changed. My info has been there the whole time. All I did was send a screenshot of it.
Regardless - they are unwilling to credit my account for this months second gift.
