First we need more details. Are we talking Paprika or what? Actually I have never had that problem unless I just had a bad connection (out in public in a very busy area for example)
Sometimes my phone will hang. Closing and reopening the app usually takes care of it; sometimes need to restart the phone. Only time it doesn’t is like when BP said out in public with a poor/no connection.
