VIP dreaded arrow

How long to you have to look at the arrow for leveling up to 10? That arrow is annoying!!!

    If you're referring to the all star vip levels then you won't have access to them until you make vip. Others have reported making it by spending halfway through level 10. It's not a guarantee though.
