Loyalty points problem

i cant donate my loyalty points for 2 weeks now and i cant get enough resources to upgrade my team and players 
anybody has the same problem?

    It appears that you're jailed. Hopefully, you were wrongly flagged and CS will take care of it for you.
    If you're not having fun, you're losing.

    Yes. I didn’t mean to post it 5 times but I definitely meant it when I said might.
