accidently deleted app... how do i get me team back

sorry for asking this as it has been probably asked a million times but I cannot seem to find it.  I accidently deleted the app from my phone... how do i get my team restored.  I have found that you hit the "?" to open a support ticket but I cannot find it to hit... where is it?

    Settings, link to email/fb, log in. If you didn't back up, you 'should' see the same team. If those things don't work, you'll have to create a ticket.

    Have you gone through training mode yet? You should be able to see the support screen to start a ticket after that.

    Lol, this is a grown man game fam. If you gone act like a female and rage delete an app, you should just leave it alone. It makes you look weak and impulsive. Now you want your team back, lmao!!!!
