I'm sure silver has a ton to do with it. Just a little surprising he is not hitting at least .300. the players of his hit/power levels I have received recently have hit much better out of the gate, even in silver.
Not a complaint, since he is only playing because of club bonus points. Just an observation. I have Evil Empire Sanchez as my primary catcher, so no big deal.
I was thrilled he was the reward. I was sitting on grandal woh prize from way back. Of course I never used him because my legend is a catcher but now I can actually use my catcher in woh if necessary.
This is mine finishing up a recent D6 cycle, he’s doing very well scoring nearly 1.6 runs a game on nearly 2 hits a game slugging over 1.000. He replaced a plat 1 speedy Sanchez.
He picked it up significantly: .399/33/86 with 23 steals in only 268 ABs, before he got sent down to make room for Will Smith. Currently in my inactives, and still at s10. I may level him for woh use, once I get all my actives capped.
I prefer the late-inning skill, since it is always active for woh, and slightly higher max. Hard to argue the other way, though. Just personal preference. I still have him in inactives bexay I was torn as to which to start.

Ruh roh.
Update on Wolters, in case anyone cared (not likely). Just a slow start. Slightly larger sample size, now a little better than expected.
Small sample size bc he’s my sub but....
Leave Wolters alone!
