My video ads stopped working completely

I was mining gold a lot this morning and still getting 8 gold per video through to 12:30, stopped for a little bit and now can't get a single video ad for gold, achievement video or prime game batter boost or CVC ad boost to work.
"No video available at this time" it's like it doesn't even try to search for one.
Tried the quitting app, restarting phone, switching from wifi to data Internet, Google ad personalization switch and nothing works. Been like this for going on 6 hours.
Any tips to help me out?

you watched your limit in videos. You get 120 in a 24 hour period. But there is a way to bypass... hmmmmmm
or tapjoy busted you for to many resets..
