Still can’t access videos for gold

GLU’s message in the news said that the video issue associated with the new release would resolve “automatically” at 12 UTC (5pm PT). That didn’t happen for me. It still says no videos available. Anyone else having this issue?

    My vids still out also.  My other team’s vids are fine.  Strange

    Support just responded and gave me the standard response about advertisers not wanting to advertise in my area.

    They obviously haven’t fixed this. If they don’t, there’s only so long the game will be interesting enough to play.

    Im having the same issue. Videos are working everywhere else in game... just not for gold

    Not for me.  Been 35 hours since upgraded.  Still no vids for gold.

    They are gone again. Seems like they are working bugs out .But im scared to spend more with all the issues ive had. Im in $50 this event and seriously scared to spend more after all i lost in crashes. 

    Now i cant even secure any free gold. So i gotta risk losing what i buy, or have none and be content.
