Locked out of my vip account

Was talking with vip cs about not receiving a reward, they sent me the reward in a gift. I clicked the gift to claim and my game crashed and now keeps crashing at 37%. I uninstalled the game and now it crashes instantly when I try to log into my vip account. I even tried viewing my profile with another account and that crashes the game. Fml this is dumb
