Every Reliever but...

Hi, I pulled Chapman today but no matter what reliever position I put him at, he is never used in relief. Every other reliever is used, no matter what their position. Does anyone have some advice?

    Put Chapman at rp1. Put in garbage relievers at every relief position except long keep your long good. 
    You can also jump in the 6th inning and put Chapman in if he is at rp1.

    If you're diamond(maybe plat/gold?), you can just put in medicore(bronze-silver) Sps in and he will automatically come in no later than the 7th inning and often, much sooner. I've had 5-6 inning games from Chapman. Just make sure that SM and CL are also bronze/silver.

    Put mediocre to garbage in at SP as well if you have strong enough bats.  For those who care about win loss records this is perilous in that you will lose some but you’ll score a ton quickly in the games you win.
