When are Team Upgrades usually on sale?

I thought Sunday, at least the last couple weeks they were... Actually, the last couple times they have had the sale prices it did not include team upgrades, and I just noticed they aren’t included in the sale prices yet again today. I really need to get these last couple hitting ones up to 100.

    They were on sale for the weekend the last few weekends. I want to say it was either Friday or Sat. I'm not sure what happened this week.
