As someone who is holding two sig prime Astros I am fearful to say this but I would hold out, if you can, on leveling either one until tonight's game is played. If WOH is your primary focus I would probably do Arraez regardless of the potential bump since his skills will be active.
Yeah, that's my thing. Obviously Arraez has the better skills, but that gets negated somewhat if Altuve gets bumped in overall. At 450 vs. 420 I'm on the fence. If it's 470 or 500, then It's a no brainer.
Trying to cycle cap Arraez would have been the move if you wanted him. If they're both B1, then I would probably wait to see what Altuve looks like/see what you end up with box pulls or future woh rewards.
