I don't think any announcements have been made about keepers yet--there could be none for all we know. I assume keepers will work the same as this year, though. Two hitters, one pitcher. Each retains their max overall but they improve gradually over the year by applying an increasing keeper factor (currently .90).
Given that it's only November, and we already have 520s (with 550s being the max last year), I doubt you will be wanting to keep anyone currently on your roster. Players will probably hit 600 at some point.

Like @Metsicans said extremely early. Heck I took my keepers over during beta(Feb.) I wished I waited until April bc I would have chose a different pitcher and hitter.
