Unsure on clubs

Hey guys 
new here new to game couple months now.
I’m in a club that’s very inactive, most days I’m the only player of 20 at best would be 2 paying. Can I leave club and starting club myself if that’s even possible

    I’ve got club upto gold 2 which I know not great but seems I’m wasting it giving other members the little rewards for doing nothing

    yeah you can leave, but you wont be able to make a new club for 12 hours and wont be able to collect for the event. So you have to sacrifice rewards for a event. 12 hours isnt a long time though lol
