Kevan Smith no longer in tournament boxes.

Kevan Smith was once available as a reward in the tournament boxes, but now he is not. I’d imagine this is a bug because no reputable company would just change their mind and switch up the way things are set up mid event. How would that be fair to their users? Surely that would cross some sort of ethical line. Hypothetically speaking of course.
