My entire club, all 20 of us, can’t get into the game. And it appears to be a global issue.

    I lost a CvC round because of it. When I reported it, I got the "Check your WiFi" reply.

    I responded again today that I lost CvC bc of it, to which they again replied, "check your WiFi".

    Yes, we are aware of the game having crashing issues in the middle of WoH, but we can't compensate you for the gold you lost at this time. This is done on a case by case basis. - TSB Customer Service
